A dual-function attachment biomechanically designed to target the triceps, pectoralis major & other allied muscles. While a triceps dip primarily works on the triceps, a parallel dip majorly targets the pectoralis major. Other muscles heavily targeted by parallel dips are the pectoralis minor, anterior deltoid, rhombus in the shoulders, and the triceps & lat muscles in the back.

This attachment comes with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) non-absorbent grips for better handling & control.
