40mm thick rebound deformation resistant foam is mounted on a 12mm thick ply sheet to create comfortable seating for the user. Weight Plates, Weight Stack and Weight Stack Guards

The guide rods of the plate are surrounded with low friction bushing. Vibration and noise is eliminated with durable rubber bumpers placed under each stack.
