Ritesh knew where he wanted to reach with Into Wellness and thus he took his first big step in 2015- setting up a world-class factory in Chakan, Pune. The state-of-the-art factory was built with a primary intention of producing fitness products with superior material, using scientific designs backed by experts.
Furthermore in 2016, our technical collaboration with one of the world leaders in the professional strength equipment business- Realleader USA in 2016, gave us access to advanced fitness equipment manufacturing know-how. Therefore, our product designs are internationally proven and the products are sold in the most advanced markets such as the US, Europe, and Australia.
‘The Secret is to Work Less as an Individual and More as a Team’
Our team and the passion each team member brings along is what makes us who we are today. Revolution can be led by an individual but carried forward by a team!
Ritesh makes sure to bring out the best from each one of us and thus guides us in the direction of our mission.
However, to make equipment that’s ergonomically accurate, requires immense research to achieve the same and hence our Research and Development team in the United States of America strive to develop the products in line with the latest technology and innovations.
Moreover, we are always looking out for more driven people like us therefore, Ritesh is keenly watching out to expand and develop his team of passionate contributors.

Growing in Multiple Directions
Once we had our anchors set-up, it was time to get into action for growing and progressing as a company to implement our mission in the fitness industry.
There have been two aspects to our company- the first is our contribution towards fitness and our nation; and the other is the providing the best fitness equipment to match various fitness needs.
Here are a few contributions from our side:
- We actively support Fit India Movement where we organize various events, seminars on fitness and support various organizations such as IBBF and Sheru Classic to promote the bodybuilding sport in India.
- Working with the Ministry of Commerce & Industry supporting their efforts towards the goal of making India a Global Fitness equipment manufacturing hub.
- We have successfully indigenized 95% of the components in our manufacturing resulting in substantial Import Substitution.
On the other hand, we displayed at FIBO exhibition in Germany along with the Realleader USA team in 2018, our export to middle east began in 2019, and there were many other proud milestones achieved every year.
Staying Afloat through the Pandemic by Introducing Home Gym Equipment
We’re all aware of the fact that the fitness industry was massively affected in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Gyms and fitness industries were shut and everything has come to a standstill. It was an extremely difficult time but the helplessness made Ritesh realize that we had to make our way somehow through these times. This got us thinking that there would be 12 million people who would want to continue their workout sessions; given the situation where there was an increased awareness on fitness and health but they’re all stuck at home. That’s when Ritesh came up with a radical idea of starting with the Home Gym Equipment segment. We worked for 15 hours every day to make this idea turn into reality which involved market research, fast pace product development, testing and scaling up, distribution channel development, marketing, and so much more.
But all the efforts felt worth it when we launched this segment which was accepted by the customers in a great way. The fitness industry saw changes through the pandemic and there was no looking back hereon.
Serving Different Parts of Country by Launching Economic Range of Equipment
With the rise of the importance of fitness, we realized that our next step was to ensure that fitness equipment is reaching maximum people in our country who are interested in taking up a fitness routine or want to continue their fitness journey; but are unable to do so just because of lack of right resources.
After a thorough research across various gyms, gym owners, fitness enthusiasts and athletes in 2 tier and 3 tier cities, we identified that even though there were gym equipment available, they were very expensive which most of them couldn’t afford or the affordable ones were not of good quality.
Hereafter, our aim was to manufacture excellent quality fitness equipment that is biomechanically accurate and ergonomically correct yet very affordable. This led to the introduction of a new range of equipment- ‘Economic Range of Fitness Equipment by Into Wellness’ which was specially crafted considering the above aspects, for tier 2 and 3 cities.
Our new range of equipment was a boon to people in these cities and they were extremely happy and satisfied with our service. Here’s a testimonial from the gym owner of the biggest gym in Belgaum, karnataka, who has a complete Into Wellness equipment installation in his gym.
Joining Hands with Sunit Jadhav as Our Brand Ambassador
Our contribution to the fitness industry and our mission to bring fitness revolution in India led us to joining hands with one of India’s finest athletes, IFBB Pro Bodybuilder, Mr Asia Overall Champion- Mr. Sunit Jadhav, as our brand ambassador.
We feel proud and fortunate for this collaboration and as he walks with us, our goal of providing world class fitness products at affordable prices to every fitness enthusiast in India, would see new heights of success and fulfillment.
Continuing Our Journey Towards Progressing Further and Beyond!
From 2014 till date, our journey which includes both ups and downs, has taught us to look beyond a specific goal. Thus we’ve learnt to embrace the challenges and come out with a bigger achievement; not just for ourselves but for the fitness industry as a whole.
Every new equipment range introduced and every new city we entered were both welcomed with more enthusiasm than the previous one. The immense support from the various directions keeps us motivated to grow bigger as we continue to strive to take fitness to the next level and to give people more choice in terms of workouts.
