The International Health, Sports & Fitness Festival (IHFF) 2025 was held from 21-23 November 2025 in Mumbai at the Bombay Exhibition Centre. This major event had the most success in India as IHFF is the largest trade show for Health and Fitness in the country. Hundreds of thousands of people attended this event, including Gym Owners, Personal Trainers, Athletes, Manufacturers, Suppliers and every other person involved in the Health and Fitness Industry from all around India and the rest of the World.
The size and diversity of IHFF Mumbai 2025 showcased India’s fast-growing Health and Fitness Industry. The exhibits included cutting-edge Fitness Equipment, Live Demonstrations and Business Networking Opportunities and Athletes Presented.

The IHFF 2025, which was hosted at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, saw a large turnout that lasted three days of the event. Professional sportsmen and women were on display on the expo floor with many other high-quality equipment displays.
