Presenting Policy Recommendations to the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India

Jan 06, 2022

By Ritesh Mahindrakar, Founder and Managing Director, Into Wellness.

We feel proud and thrilled to announce that we have been selected to be part of the Working Group that will present policy recommendations to the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India.

With an objective to build a strong ecosystem for nurturing innovation and startups in our country that will drive sustainable economic growth and generate large scale employment opportunities, Startup India Initiative was launched on 16th January 2016 by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India.

Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) is organising an interaction of selected startups (out of sixty thousand startups) with the Hon’ble Prime Minister during the Startup India Innovation Week (10th to 16th January 2022) under nationwide celebration of ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’ remembering 75 years of India’s Independence.

This interaction aims to understand how startups can contribute to the national needs by driving innovation and how the government can assist them in these initiatives. For this, startups have been divided into six working groups based on themes.

We have been allotted Theme 5: Building Champions in Manufacturing where we would be presenting a report and presentation consisting of reliable, appropriate, and necessary recommendations before the Hon’ble Prime Minister on 15thJanuary 2022.

Team Into Wellness is delighted to be a part of this interaction and contributing at a national level. As the founder of Into wellness I feel proud and extremely grateful to have received this opportunity to put forward my passion for health and fitness in the form of this interaction aimed to understand how we can contribute to the national needs by driving innovation.

Looking forward to 15th January 2022, more than ever!
